Welcome to the Season Four Fashion guide!
This new guide includes Steed's clothes, a precursor of upcoming changes to Season Five perhaps.

The Fashions

Black stretch cotton catsuit with vinyl facings front and back, fastened by buttons down the front. Usually worn with Edward Rayne's white boots with a black central stripe.

Worn in The Town of No Return, also with Bates' "Target" beret or fencing gear.
Worn in Castle De'ath with no head wear.
Worn in The Danger Makers without head wear, sometimes with two-tone gloves and the longer snakeskin jacket.

Prince of Wales check jacket (grey with tan and green in the check), dark waistcoat with metal buttons, white shirt, dark tie, tan trousers, chelsea boots, bowler and umbrella

This may have been one of Patrick Macnee's favourite suits - he wears it throughout the Cathy Gale seasons and on into the colour Emma Peel season.

Worn in Death at Bargain Prices with a black bowler and dark trousers and chelsea boots. Probably with a khaki shirt and dark tie.
Worn in The Master Minds over the grey three-piece suit and later on over the Prince of Wales check jacket and tan trousers with a white shirt and red paisley tie.
Worn in The Murder Market with leather gloves over a navy suit.
Worn in Maneater of Surrey Green over the brown suit.

She wears a thick woolen jacket with embroidered collar and cuffs, secured with frog and toggle, over a woolen sleeveless top and straight skirt. All with white court shoes and black leather gloves.

He wears a brown serge suit, his waistcoat is high, with cloth covered buttons and wide lapels to match the jacket, which is single-breasted and double vented. Topped off with a black umbrella with molucca handle, black Chelsea boots and black bowler hat. A beige shirt and deep crimson tie with blue and orange flower pattern finish off the outfit.

Sleeveless blouse and pleated knee-length skirt with white shoes, worn outside with a black fur coat.
