It's not the same as VHS v. Beta. The real battle was Blu-ray v. HD-DVD Yes, but as you can notice, people start to think the battle is DVD versus BR. Odd, isn't it? Battle? The two aren't comparable. You either have an HDTV,or you don't. They're going to be(have been) released on blu Ray whether p...

Yep! Faces and Target are fun episodes. It's interesting how the opening credits seem to evolve from show to show. It was definitely fun to see the Avengers proving ground in Target. So far I like them all equally. they seem to get a little more scooby-doo esque as the series progresses, which I lik...

It's silly to discount any season. The Tara Season was the 3rd of a pattern with a female co-star on a serious long term basis. Filmed or not, whomever "amended" the call list has some 'Splainin' to do!
Seriously though, third shmird! Still, love 'em all...

The action sequences are faster paced and more intense. The plot lines are split 3 ways which makes it a bit mor...

Different strokes I guess...
Blu Rays look great to me and the player makes your DVDs look better too.
What you say about A&E makes sense, though.

So I just started watching the '76 season, and I must say quite a different vibe to the show. A bit more serious, but at the same time cheesier dialogue and rapport. Lots of gratuitous up skirt and down- blouse shots of Purdey. Amusing in an "Assault on Precinct 13" kind of way. I'm enjoyi...
