I know from having purchased the Emma & Tara sets that their blu-rays are region-free. Are their DVDs region-free, as well, I hope? (I have a region 1 player and it isn't multi-region.) I have checked with them and it will play on UK players but unfortunately I don't know about American players...

Have they had any remastering or restoration? Via Vision Entertainment is releasing The Avengers: The Cathy Gale Years on the 17th of July in Australia and New Zealand and here are the list of extras for the release and the UK price is £62.49 also if you order the Prisoner blu ray boxset from them and enter PRISONER at checkout you will get 20%...

The Tara King release looks lovely...sadly, it has sold out...i.e. out of stock...1500 sets done. Same for the Emma set..sold out.. perhaps they will do another release of both sets You can still get both sets on Amazon and Ebay branded new if you are still looking for copies. Found it! It's on disc 7. What's the London line you mentioned Noel? It's a short behinds the scenes film about Return of The Cybernauts so I think it may be on the disc that has The Cybernauts episode on it.
