The Avengers in the TV Times

As a kid I loved The Avengers and I loved the TV Times, the ITV mag and TV guide. Far glossier, slicker and fun than the stuffy old Radio Times, the BBC equivalent.

'The T.V. Times' was a decent little magazine in those days. It seemed to have everything - cookery, gardening, horoscopes, celebrity interviews, as well as full I.T.V. programme listings. Now its little more than a glorified soap fanzine.

Wow these are fascinating! Does anyone know where I can find a better scan/the images that make up the season 1 cover with Ian Hendry on? I feel inspired to make a dvd cover based on it!
