Never seen this before. Brian Clemens talking affectionately about his best friend Dennis Spooner. Look out for Mrs Janet Clemens - what a lovely lady!

Thanks, mystery solved! I wondered about the abrupt edit at the beginning.

I'd have liked to have seen a Brian Clemens written serial of Doctor Who.

Reportedly he was asked (presumably by Dennis Spooner!) and was interested but never got time as he always had a few independent TV series/episodes of his own on the go! Yes, it'd been great - and it's still not too late (after all, they got PJ Hammond to write some Torchwood!).

I asked Brian Clemens if he had considered doing an autobiography.

He replied that he had considered it but had "never got round to doing it".
He thought it could still be a possibility "sometime".

With all his experience, I think he would have an amazing tale to tell.

I would imagine...especially his tenure on theAvengers, etc..

Sure hope he finally gets around to doing it, before he passes..
