You should check out Jean-Paul Gaultier's fall line for Hermès. He's definitely channeling The Avengers. There are echoes of both Cathy Gale and Emma Peel, but tons of references to John Steed. I saw it at New York Magazine's website: nymag.com, and it's also at The New York Times: www.nytimes.com.
The opening outfit is the most Avengerish.
