I saw a shot of this in SFX and immediately twigged. That episode was directed by Jeremiah Chechik, the movie's director, so it certainly makes sense. He also directed the pilot, and there are lots of Avengers references there, as well, apparently.

The pale green bear also turned up in the Inspector Gadget movie and the pink one in the TV series She Spies leads me to believe that all 10 returned to the USA after filming.
