Bowler Hat and Country Seats - Calendar 2011

Post by Alan »

My wife Alys has photographed and compiled a 2011 Calendar of Avengers filming locations so we had something to stick on the wall in the absence of an official calendar. We thought that perhaps other Avengers fans might be interested also, so we've made it available via Lulu.com.

The photographs are all Alys' own work and the calendar is completely unofficial. It's full colour and printed by Lulu and despatched by them. Alys has made two variants - one with UK holiday dates and another with US dates. Otherwise they are identical.

Please take a look - and if you purchase, you'll be helping to keep us in food and drink over the festive period! :)

I like the idea of a calendar with locations. Something different and a great filler to get through the year. Thanks! I just purchased one. Have a glass of holiday cheer on me!
believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if i have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

Alys will be delighted, as am I! Hope you like it. It's nothing as lavish as Jaz's wonderful calendars, but attractive and colourful.

Thanks.

Cannot fault the self enterprise of this project and a great looking and useful product. Funny how I've just watched The Apprentice Final (Lord Sugar's UK version). 8)

Great idea and superb photographs. This works for an Avengers fan or otherwise.

Alan & Alys, great stuff. :)

Calendar cover made in the style of excellent humor. I smiled when I saw a whitemane Steed.

We thought it a little nod to a certain gentleman, yes. Of course, it's a part of an Avengers location too, so it's doubly appropriate for the cover. It's part of the property used in Silent Dust - Well End Lodge.

What a fabulous surprise, and a fantastic idea. I've ordered a copy and I'm very much looking forward to seeing the photographs.

Merry Christmas to you both.

Hope you don't mind, but I posted the links for my FB friends as well. I know a few that will be thrilled to buy.
