That could be possible.
But I think she is smiling and looks very contended and not worried about that, what Steed is doing there.

Well, I don't know.
I think like in the 60s, so inhibited. A reason could be, that I have the 50s and 60s at the moment at school and I start thinking like that.
But if I consider this idea, they are so cute together, like here on picture.

They're exhausted! In "The Joker" both of them weren't injured. So it must be answer b).
