I still have to top coat and seal the actual flesh coloured face molding section, top coat the outer shell a lighter silver/aluminium colour and make and fit the black straps but it's moving along nicely :D

That is really, really impressive! I wish I had your skills and could make my own. I'd love to pop one on and go down the pub and see people's reaction.

You're kind thanks. It's not hard, you just need a little patience and lots of old cardboard :) It turned out pretty well all things considered.
