Avengers Calendars Overview

Can we create and overview here on in which years there was an Avengers calendar.

Having received my 2018 Calendar I thought I would do a stock take.

I have them starting from :
1999 - 2007 (inclusive)
2009
2010
2012
2015
2016
2018

So I am missing:
2008
2011
2013
2014
2017

Were any produced for the missing years?

I'm pretty sure there wasn't an official calendar in 2011.
I still have my superb Bowler Hat & Country Seats calendar, courtesy of Alys Hayes.
