I don't know where you can find Tara's boots but the episode you're looking for is Homicide And Old Lace (originally made as The Great Great Britain Crime) from 1967.

I love that image of Tara in the lovely lanky thigh boots firing her machine gun. Very, very 'Avengers'!

Nice little compilation, but they should have replaced Mother's commentary with music.

Indeed ...mine too ! She has fantastic legs to fill such boots....not surprising as she was I hear a oung champion skater ...
