Perhaps that island in The Superlative Seven but that's a sort of fantasy fictional place anyway so doesn't really count.Lee wrote: In season 2, a number of episodes were set internationally, which seemed to die out after this year, perhaps with the exception of Second Sight in season 3, I can't think of any episodes set in a different country until TNA comes along.

Re: 2.01 - Mission to Montreal
My episode 5.
What a beginning. Coming to this new I had no idea what was going on to begin with. I didn't know the characters so was unaware of Dr Martin King. Still, it all quickly came together nicely once Steed walked up the gangplank.
Not quite the number of sets as other episodes but one very impressive ship.
As in previous episodes, a great deal of smoking going on. Normal for the times I suppose.
An unusual number of actor credits including a 22-year-old Angela Thorne in her first TV appearance. I see she had 9 words.
I remembered to concentrate and enjoyed this without having to rewind.

Only possibly The Superlative Seven springs to mind, but that's a bit of a cheat.
