A perfectly-enjoyable episode, albeit one littered with too many characters and a pretty motive-less villain plot. Why exactly do they want to kill the Prime Minister, other than they're evil? All we needed was a line or two about the PM slashing funding for railroads or something. 7/10

Does it matter why? Perhaps they're foreign agents who want to destabilise the country politically. Perhaps they're terrorists. There doesn't have to be an economic reason.
