I should have weighed in earlier, as soon as it was posted. Yes, it's a total fake. I'm not endorsing porn (but nor would I call for its ban) but run an image search on "Diana Rigg nude" and the variety of body types and breast sizes that appear attached to Diana's head is astonishing. it's a prime example of someone having, too much time on their creative hands..or insight...I suspect as programs like photo shop get more and more creative , you'll see more and more of stuff like this..especially if the person in question, has passed away..
