I know, but they're always from a talk show interview dome in 1973 or something that she did. She hasn't sat down recently just to talk about the series the way Honor/Linda/Gareth/Joanna/Patrick have on several occasions. I know she'd never do it, but it'd be nice to have something a bit more "official" and "in-depth" for a change.Frankymole wrote:Well she has done some filmed interviews about The Avengers, they crop up in the TV docuentaries about the series!!Timeless A-Peel wrote: Wonder if they'll keep going? If they somehow manage to wangle a Diana Rigg commentary (I know, highly unlikely), that would be a real coup. It'd be nice to have Diana "on the record" once and for all, though.

I heard Diana went to the video launch because she felt obligated, and got out as quickly as she could. I'd just like to hear her general thoughts on the series about something other than about how she was paid next to nothing, and hated the fame, and nhow good it was for her career. Interviewers are always cueing up their questions to get their subjects to reiterate stories they've told a million times before. I'd just like to hear what other memories she has, something that hasn't been beaten to death already.Dandy Forsdyke wrote:Never, Never Say Di.
I think (hope) Frankymole was being ironic in his last message, Timeless!![]()
Diana did attend the launch of the Lumière videos in 1993, so you never know what could happen. I admit I would be surprised if she did. Hugely pleasently surprised.

What you say is true. I just didn't want to say.
I read she found she had little option in attending as she was in the general area and had nothing on. Some people attending said it looked as though she would be somewhere, anywhere, else instead. She apparently left early and isn't seen on a fan video I saw on YouTube.
Whatever, she looked so stylish in the photos - better than anyone else in my opinion.
And i'm glad she was there.

Oh, where did you read that Timeless ?
It is not very correct to act that way...but we don't know if it's true nonetheless.
Me too Timeless, about her opinion, knowing it would be good, if she liked it, etc...If she gave us more description about the show and the episodes than the budget, and "behind the camera stuff"...
Oh, yes, I've forgotten

On the French website, there's an interview of the actress and she talks about one episode she remembers very well which is : THE CYBERNAUTS.
(It's was during a Festival, in 1992).
I've been blessed by The Avengers!
