Not totally awful but all have dull/cringeworthy bits somewhere along the way.

The See-Through Man
Homicide and Old Lace
Look - (stop me if you've heard this one) But There Were These Two Fellers...
Pandora
Room Without a View
Bizarre
The Gladiators
Small Game for Big Hunters
A Sense of History
The Fear Merchants
Cat Amongst the Pigeons
Escape In Time

I don't know if there's really 10 really bad episodes, to rank..

perhaps more like 3 or 5...

so think about this, and list what episodes, that get your goat,
miss the mark, fail to capture the essence of the show, etc....
been interesting reading some of the replys, to this thread..some real clunkers,listed..and a few, that I'm amazed, they're listed..

something for everyone, eh ?

One of my favourites too. Why the dislike, Whiskers :?:

Escape in time is my favourite colour episode. Full of style and humour. I guess not everyone likes all episodes, but I think Whiskers will be in the minority with this one! There's a few episodes that really divide this forum. For instance I see some of you loathe Pandora, Fog and Look stop me, but I think they're three of Tara's best. I also love Brimstone which really divides the fans. As a contrast, Who's who seems popular with a lot of fans, but I rate it as one of the weakest. Too silly and oddly cheap-looking. There's something to enjoy though in even the weakest episodes. The exception being Homicide, where the only thing I enjoy is hearing the theme tune at the end! Richard.

There are a lot of Cathys that really don't work for me because they're so dull, but I've still only seen most of them once, so none of the really terrible ones come to mind.

The only episode I out and out hate is A Touch of Brimstone. It goes against the grain of the series so much it's hard to believe that the same people were behind it. And the rest of the time it's just plain dull.

There are some episodes I think are weak--Room Without A View, Silent Dust, Grandeur that Was Rome, Immortal Clay, The Gladiators, Brief for Murder--which means I don't watch them nearly as often. On the flip side, said episodes stay fresher because it's often years between viewings. There's always an upside. :D
