The one unidentified in that list is Howard Thomas (bottom left).

So that gives us

I must say I am unduly impressed! Those pics of Clemens and party are hilarious! I bet they never thought they would be discovered showing their pics on an episode! Brilliant and well done to Dandy and all of you fellow agents out there!!! you are all astute spies!! LOL!

I think two of the others are Howard Thomas (in the specs) and Richard Bates (top right). The woman could be Marie Donaldson but I have no idea.

Who's that bloke top middle? Looks familiar.
