Haha! Could also be. But they seemed not very interested or have other problems at the moment. :D

Clearly unwilling to trade their sleepwear for a leather catsuit.

Well I can just make out that one of the dolly birds had just forked out 49s 11d for her "Proper Pride tabard ice blue nylon nightie" so who can blame her?

I think looking closely it was only 29s 11d, though difficult to make out.

I think we're looking at different dollybirds. :) Mine is the blonde on the same page as Steed.

Nearly 30/- It seems archaic to write it like that. :o

30/- would be £1.50 in decimal currency.

BEDTIME STORY
Starring
ABC TV'S PATRICK MACNEE
PETER JAY AND THE JAYWALKERS
AND FASHION MODELS
SCREENPLAY BY GILL OLIVER
CAMERA MAN CAMPBELL MacCALLUM

I Say You Fellows - you've bungled this time! What do you mean by filching all this fake stuff -
just take a look at those glittering gems behind you! Yes, Definitely a plain case of a gorgeous
nightie being a girl's best friend, I'd say.

Hey!
You've forgotten something! Fancy missing out on my Proper Pride tabard ice blue nylon nightie, 49s 11d.
What a cheek!

WATCH it - take my shimmies and sparklers, yes. But NEVER my super sleep cotton gingham pyjamas, 29s 11d
by Lux Lux. They're too, too gear!

DO YOU mind! It's only brass! Guess my leopard print nylon sleep suit by Lux Lux 32s 6d must've
temporarily upset his equilibrium!

Help! Take my money, my jewels, ANYTHING! But NOT my multi-coloured Tartan shift by Proper Pride, 29s 11d. Please .... Please ... Please?

Indeed. A bit drafty for chasing diabolical masterminds in, though.

That's quite a generous friend! Asking prices on eBay appear to be £25 - £30 for that vintage.
