I had created an article just like this one, on my blog.
I had put every episodes that we could watch for Halloween.

My selection is : The Joker (naturally), Don't Look Behind You, Fog, Warlock, The House That Jack Built (just for suspens, action, and the sinister atmosphere)...

Although it's 1 of Levene's lesser scripts, Small Game for Big Hunters kind of falls into this category with its macguffin of voodoo

Fear Merchants also would fall into this category. I guess just to be zany you could end the night with Mandrake or Bizarre
