You could have a point there - film and early video companies certainly had a habit of releasing the same property under different titles, so perhaps that is indeed the case here, Barry.

wasn't the original production shot in Germany ? or was it a german director? done in 1969 ? if so, that might explain the german title,
unless there was extra footages released, or a second production

They were all German productions, produced by Accentfilm of Mulheim - the confusion stems from the fact that Minikillers was filmed in Spain.

Did I read somewhere that these films were intended for garages whilst customers were waiting for petrol/gas?

Yes, I heard that or that they were stag films - I heard Diana was paid a pretty penny for doing these films - there again for what other reason would one do them???

I think MiniKillers was filmed in Ibiza where she had a place in the 60's and part of the 70's until she decided to leave when the hippies moved in...
