I have vague memories of Channel 4 showing Marblehead Manor, I saw one or two episodes, but thought it was rubbish.

One of the most startling appearances of Linda was in THE HOWERD CONFESSIONS.......those who have seen this or know about it will know what I am referring to.

I remember the name Marblehead Manor but can't recall anything about it.

I've seen Linda's appearance in THE HOWERD CONFESSIONS... interesting nightie...

I'm very surprised that nightie was allowed at whatever time the show was originall broadcast (9.30pm ?)

I remember looking up on YouTube the show Up Pompei and the related vids showed that particular show Confessions with Linda. I was shocked! Just sat there frozen with mouth open! Hahah!

I liked her singing on Bad Time To Stop Loving Me. It's also from 1968 and on same label, I believe.

I miss the 70s! ;)

Not really. Strikes, economic shortages and worse ... three channels on your TV. But Linda Thorson showing her nipples on a Frankie Howerd show nearly makes up for it.

I heard the word "rape" on a New Avengers clip recently. Most odd. It's not a word that should be on The Avengers. Not even a 70's Avengers ...
