Agreed, NINO / Povel clearly had a set of clothes already prêt à porter and were looking for celebrity endorsement or a TV tie-in. Many of them are pedestrian German late Sixties but some of the designs are great, that monochrome dazzle minidress is quite John Bates!

The red trouser-suit thing does look more like what Emma would wear.
Still, maybe they are trying to work out what she would wear after she left Steed! Fashion does move on. Tara King's fashions were probably a bit too "young" for her by then...
Though, Emma started wearing her old clothes again by the time of The New Avengers' episode she "appears" in...
