The Positive Negative Man

When Steed is telling Mrs Peel about his "experience" with the blue van, you can see a person looking to Steed and Peel from the buildings in the backgrounds and then he/she disappears.

Spotting a stunt double is hardly a blooper. A blooper is a genuine mistake - contunuity error, a fluffed line or calling a character by the wrong name. You're bound to spot a double if you watch for it - especially in the age of digital freeze frame.

Visibility of the boom mic in this case would be we're getting a more picture. The technical details are beyond me , but basically the scope of the frame is bigger.

well, sounds logical to me....but I'm wondering, if it was also
a simple editing snafu...???

I don't know what 'snafu' means. But it's something that wouldn't have been detected previously so not a blooper.
