Yes, the books will be shipped from the printers to Amazon's warehouse and Telos' premises at the same time and although one might beat the other to have them available, I cannot see there being much in it.

I’m very happy to announce that Bowler Hats and Kinky Boots is now available to be dispatched from Telos Publishing.

Allowing for delivery to Amazon’s warehouse copies should become available on Amazon UK in about a weeks time.

The book became available on Amazon in the USA last week and has been available for some time both in the UK and USA as an e-book.
