Lost in the mists of time, but I think it was from a press report of an awards show.

I'm not sure, but it has something to do with the German teenager magazin Bravo and the OTTO, a magazin's award for best actor or actress.

Ah! Yes I remember...
I guess that this shot was taken at "Die Gold-Otto-Verleihung" (the gold otto awards - very roughly translated :oops:) in 1968 as Diana and Patrick got their prize.
I think it was just for the publicity and the fans... :D
