Great find, Ischtar! We see the tribunal Major Steed served on in 1946 which found Sergeant Daniel Edmund guilty for black market activities in Germany.*
Sigh...he sure was handsome even back then!

I'm so used to Patrick being 40 plus, it's almost a little disconcerting to see him in his twenties!

There aren't a lot of shots of him so young knocking around, either. But then the war put a dent in his career for a lot of the forties, didn't it?
He's quite a bit skinnier there, too. Hasn't finished filling out yet. Like a lot of people, I think he got better with a couple of decades layered on.
Strange to think at that exact moment in time, Gareth was barely school age, Joanna and Linda weren't out of diapers, and Diana was 10 and hadn't even started chain-smoking yet. Blows the mind a bit, doesn't it?

Also he would been about the same age as Diana Rigg when she got The Avengers. I think that he looks younger there than she did then in 1965.

Diana was a tiny bit younger, I think, but pretty close. I agree, she seemed more mature than her years at that point, but that was why they worked so well together.
Honor was probably stuck in English Rose land at this point. I don't know where Ian would have been--either in the army or his motorcycle stunt stint, probably.

Yes, I suppose Honor was a Rank starlet in those days - making romantic b movies.
