I suspect Lulu is always a slow burn, it's not the sort of site you browse for the heck of it.

I've publicised the scriptbook on this forum, Britmovie, Roobarb's and The Mausoleum Club and these threads have been read buy a lot of people so it's disappointing that the sales are so poor. Perhaps I was mistaken about how interesting things like this generally are to most fans.

I ask the most stupid questions!
That was indeed my original intent until I read an earlier (somewhat alarming) post by Jaz ("I'm not sure the second script book will happen at this rate.").Alan wrote:Perhaps people are waiting for the second book, so that they can buy both together and save on Lulu's none-too-cheap postal rates?
I have no regrets as the book is great and gives terrific insight into the New Avengers (re-?) writing process but I think Alan might be right.
Still keeping my fingers crossed regarding the second script (which I promise to buy as soon as I read the announcement

The touble with Lulu is that it isn't like an ordinary publisher that would do all the promotional, advertising etc work to get a title known and "in the bookshops". Is it being sold on Amazon? (E.g. buy about 20 copies off Lulu and sell as an Amazon marketplace seller) - at least that way *perhaps* the book would get recommended to people who bought similar items (e.g. thrillers, TV books).
