1. When Emma Peel stops on the staircase of the entrance door to Doctor Primble's reception room, she puts her left foot on the step above the right one...
...but when changing the shot, she stands on the stairs, raising her right foot a step above the left.

The Joker
1. The different location of the flowers on the table at the entrance area of Steed’s flat in scenes when Emma puts flowers from a vase on the table...
...and when she enters Steed’s flat.
2. When the camera takes medium shot of Steed and Mrs. Peel in the apartment from the side of the sofa, then there is only a casket on the table next to the sofa...
...but at all other angles and plans of this scene, there is an ashtray besides the casket.

Death's Door
1. At first, Emma reads the newspaper "The Daily Clarion"...
...but then, when changing the frame, Emma reads the newspaper "The Times". (Of course, it is not visible on prints worse quality than DVD Optimum).
2. When during a fight, Jepson throws Emma to the fireplace, one empty corner of the floor carpet is bent...
...but when the frame changes, and Emma falls on the carpet near the fireplace, this corner is mysteriously well-straightened and moreover, a revolver appears there.

I watched The Mauritius Penny a few days ago and during the second scene and roughly 3 or 4 minutes into the episode, there is a loud noise which sounds like someone blowing their noise or sitting on a whoopee cushion! This happens just moments before Steed and Cathy leave the apartment. The very same noise occurs again just before the end of part one. I'm currently reading Michael Richardson's excellent book which does mention many bloopers but not this one. I wonder what was responsible for such a noise Rich.
