Do we know any of the actressed who didn't make the list you have already given us? I remember Dale Winton saying his mum was considered for the role!
I mention a couple of additional names in Bowler Hats and Kinky Boots that were quoted in a newspaper article when The New Avengers was announced, but I don't any other considerations for casting on the series.
