Nothing has yet been announced, but I hope it will be available. DVD sales and releases seem to be in terminal decline as everything moves online, but I think the audience most interested in this episode would be more likely to prefer it on DVD. Perhaps they can vidfire and remaster the other Hendry material and release them all on a single disc. That would be my preference.

I'm sure that a DVD release will be under consideration at StudioCanal, but these things take time. Besides anything else, clearances will have to be sought before anything can be announced, so I'd be surprised if we heard anything concrete for a month or two at the earliest.

I am so exited about the discovery of the lost episode!
Great stuff!
I am currently watching the 50th anniversary DVD set as well.
I did take a break to watch some Roger Moore in the Saint in honor of his birthday.

Anyway fantastic news and I hope that can buy it soon!!!

Tunnel of Fear is also being shown at the BFI's "Missing Believed Wiped" on Sunday 4th December. Tickets go on sale (to non-BFI members) on 8th November.

There was an item about TV recovery on last night's edition of Newsnight, including a brief clip of Tunnel of Fear.

Available on iPlayer (though probably only in the UK)

www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b081wr2v

It's the final item.

The collector from whom it was recovered seemed to have a huge stash of material. He didn't even know he had this, he'd never watched it.
