Sadly Joanna wasn't actually on the F&S radio show, but they did at least play Kinky Boots, which any French and Saunders fan will tell you is an old favourite of theirs!

Yes I seem to recall there was a French & Saunders sketch where they danced to Kinky Boots......

Vaguely Joanna related: her son, the photographer Jamie Lumley, has an account on Flickr and posts his photographs - some with Joanna - there.

Check it out.

There was a reference to Joanna Lumley in the week's Hustle. During the course of a con Emma had to record her voice on a fake SatNav. When asked what voice she was using she replied ...

"Plummy"
"Horsey plummy or Lumley plummy?"
"Lumley plummy"

There followed an interesting scene where she spend hours giving breathy 'Joanna Lumley-like' directions onto the SatNav.

Somewhere I heard vague talk of Joanna Lumley being one of the guests at the 50th Anniversary Celebration in June. Has this been confirmed?
