The people at Radio 2 are very excited to have Joanna on the station--first giddy comments like "We have Purdey on Radio 2" by Jeremy Vine, then Simon Mayo makes Joanna his song theme of the day on his show. This being Simon, he naturally plays "Kinky Boots," though only because "TNA never produced a song that was a minute and a half long." I get the feeling that if Gareth and Joanna had done their own version ("Kinky Bottes," in deference to the French backers, perhaps? ), he would have quite happily played that.
