Avenger items

Post by Mrs. Peel »

In "The Avengers" they have always special items, drinks, clothes etc...

Are there any things you would like to have? Like a watch, shoes, a car or anything like that?

I would really like to have Steed's cars, especially his Jaguar in TNA!

I wouldn't mind a glass of champagne right now.

Failing that, Steed's swordstick might come in handy for dealing with any miscreants one might encounter!

I always liked the Jag!

A friend of mine's parents, back in the 80's, had a TR7 like Purdey's, except it was black and a convertible. They had problems with it though, so they finally got rid of it.

I'd second that! What an awesome car that was! 8)
believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if i have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

The TR7 was infamously unreliable. A great looking car, but quite useless in reality! I met someone from Toronto who'd somehow acquired the yellow XJS seen in the TNA Canada episodes. He regretted not keeping it. I'd gladly live in any of the apartments that the major characters were seen to be living in. I'd be fascinated to finally work out the real layout of Tara's mystery house.

Emma's wardrobe, the whole lot from the tweedy business suits through to the minidresses. She never put a foot wrong (well, except for that weird half an Emmapeeler with the windshield hat!).

Certain features from the flats--Cathy's metal walls and electronic sliding doors, Tara's firepole, Gambit's retractable bed, Emma's eye...there were a lot of great setpieces in those flats.

And I wouldn't say no to the Elan, either.

I'm not allowed to ask for Gambit, am I?
