Why have I never watched Class Act before?

Great to see Jo getting the lead role. She is, of course, magnificent.

I just hope that shotgun she was blasting off at the clay pigeons (and later, an actual miscreant) was a Purdey :)

So good to see her kicking arse! "Get the bastard!" That's my Purdey.

There's no reason for this car to be parked here in a 1990s humorous crime-solving series.

It just is. Something for Joanna Lumley to negotiate in her investigations. I like to think it's a wink to the past.

she's a handful....she has come a long ways from that tiny part in OHMSS...I wonder if she has any memories of the film, and/or/Lazenby/Rigg..

ironic years later, she followed Gale, Peel, King, as a member of the 'avengers'

I just saw OHMSS for the first time and was amazed by how small a part she played. So true it is amazing she evolved into an Avenger.

After reading about how miserable it was to work with Lazenby on set, I can't imagine what any of them went through working with a man who had absolutely no prior acting experience and did not want to learn either.
