I don't want to be repetitive so I'll skip the detailing of the Cyberman head construction as it's exactly the same procedure I used for the Winged Avenger head. It's simply a sculpted head built up from thick corrugated card which is then covered and shaped using thinner card (old cereal packets) and parcel tape, then layered in Fibre glass matting and resin. Once cured it's filled with water until the card turns to pulp and removed. And here he is drying in the afternoon sun ..

Ian

You make it look so easy to make these items, although I don't think for a second I could do this. Any chance of adding the trilby?

I bet you could, have you tried ? :)

Ha ! I made the trilby over the weekend Mike but at the moment the paint on the top of the head is too wet to add it. Later today I hope

Having regretted parting with my original set of replica Cybernaut computer cards I fortuitously found I still had all the patterns for them on my PC yesterday, I was able to create this new set from 2mm acrylic this morning to complete my Cybernaut display :)
