CD of Radio shows

I've noticed on ebay several sellers are selling audio cd's containing the old radio episodes of The Avengers. Has anyone heard these ? What do you think

Are the episodes the same as the TV episodes or are there any different stories written especially for the radio

All radio episodes are remakes of the TV episodes then, which is a shame. I was hoping for new stories. The one that might be interesting though, is the radio version of the unmade episode Invitation to a killing. Rich.
