Surely it has to be 'The Positive Negative Man'?
From 'Key Garters' to 'Establishment Signs' it's littered with props, unless you can think of another one.

I suppose Epic would be the only one to top it but it doesn't quite count, having been shot all over the studio with the dozens of real props scattered about.

I don't think that particular episode can count. It's more of a single location than an array of 'unique' props made specifically for a story.

Funny you mention it's one of your favorites. It was always one of my least favorites but I've really warmed up to it over the years. I now thoroughly enjoy it. Wyngarde is just fabulous in it.
