I recall an interview Thorson did with Umbrella Bowler and Charm back in the 1980s and she referenced the scene. If my recollection is correct a split second is missing at this point in the Introducing Tara King trailer.

What I am positive about is that Linda talks in an interview (probably Avenging the Avengers) about how she was called in front of a bunch of executives berating her for showing her knickers. She also tells how Mancee promised to stand up for her in future. Whether that is about this shot, who can say?

I remember a flickering at the point Tara swings her legs over the sofa. Its available on youtube multiple times, including one uploaded by me, but the flicker is a bit early so maybe just a damaged film.
