Bullets with silencers in to already dead corpse in coffin episode?

Post by mifletz »

What is the Avenger's episode that opens with two bowler-hatted English gents putting 2 bullets with silencers in to the body of an already dead corpse in a coffin?!

You might be thinking of The Undertakers, but that's top hat wearing undertakers.
However you might be combining The Correct Way to Kill with another episode, maybe The Gravediggers.

Anyone else want to add their 5 cents? I'm sure I've forgotten something, it sounds familiar...

(And, welcome aboard, top notch first post!)

The opening scene of two men using silencers to shoot at close range an already-dead corpse in a coffin may have been from another British TV series eg "Randall and Hopkirk deceased" .

Or Adam Adamant Lives! There's an episode called The Terribly Happy Embalmers which raised the ire of Julian Wintle because it was Tony Williamson obviously recycling his plot for The Undertakers.
