I swear that the house in "The Superlative Seven" is the same of that in "The Joker" just with an antiquey look. Both have similar layouts, and look to me exactly the same.
Is it just me?

This was common practice during the filmed series, many sets turn up in episode after episode with redressing.
The set for the main hall in Escape in Time appears in:
From Venus With Love - As the brigadier's house and the room that Winthrop-Smyth is chimney sweeping. And the house with the safe.
The See-Through Man as the Embassy.
The Winged Avenger as Poole's house and Sir Lexius Cray' house.
The Bird Who knew Too Much - Jordan's bird school.
The upper landing and corridor in Too Many Christmas Trees get used again for Castle De'ath.
The Pub in Town of No Return gets used again in The Man-Eater of Surrey Green and Silent Dust.
The bad guys underground hideout in They Keep Killing Steed appears as Mother's base in The Interrogators and again in Love All.
There are countless other examples.

I didn't notice that either! Neat!
Not surprising, though. Sets were often reused (one house in Randall and Hopkirk got several outings, and a hotel pops up redressed in two Persuaders stories). There was also a tendency to use sets from other shows. The Saint in particular had its sets used by several other shows. Always at their own risk, though, as Roger Moore had a habit of hiding in cupboards and forever leaping out at Linda Thorson, Kenneth Cope, and the cast of The Champions. Oh, to work at Elstree in the late sixties...
