Too Many Christmas Trees, the wonderous dark Nightmare Before Christmas from Tony Williamson and Roy Baker, was the The Avengers Christmas special in 1965 across ITV regions, 1966 in Australia and Switzerland, and 1968 in Hong Kong and Malaysia. So I've brought it forward and it's revised in the new format, with quotations and footnotes added along with extra trivia and production information.

The Little Wonders was too controversial for ABC Australia in the Sixties but even sixty years later it's a great story about a worldwide organised crime outfit that disguises its members as clergymen to evade the police, famous for Steed finally getting to kiss Cathy. Sad news today that Laurie Johnson, the great composer of the theme for The Avengers and The New Avengers as well as a great many other works has passed away at the age of 96.

Trojan Horse finished production sixty years ago today, a workable story about an assassination ring driven by blackmail, concealed by the horse racing industry which is lifted from the ordinary by a great performance by T.P. Elsewhere, I've updated the colours for the cast and crew lists to make them easier to distinguish, there are accessible text additions for people using assistive software such as screen-readers already.

A Surfeit of H2O is revised in the new format, with quotations and footnotes added along with extra trivia and production information. An entertaining "End of Days" prophet and diabolical mastermind literally clash heads in a battle between good and evil!

My favourite bit of the update is in my footnotes:

1. A contemporary poacher wrote in to the TV Times to point out that his traps would not have caught any rabbits as the loops touched the ground.
