I prefer Emma's outfits in season 5. More flattering, more mod and they've stood the test of time. The black leather was really Cathy's thing anyway, though I did like Emma in the black leather outfit she wore in You have just been murdered. I love the Emmapeelers, and the orange one from The Correct way to kill is the best outfit of all. She looked gorgeous, and she wouldn't look out of place today.

Her (pre - addidas) black catsuit worn in A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE STATION & all the variations of this design; FROM VENUS.... (Superlative 7?). The black rubber suit in A SURFEIT OF H20. Her black lycra vest & white ankle boots in many bw episodes.
Her debut outfit for THE TOWN OF NO RETURN (& THE DANGERMAKERS?) I always thought it rather odd how none of the other characters, especially the women ever commented on these catsuits. They were pretty cool and years ahead of their time. I wonder why they haven't been promoted by today's top stores

I loved everything Bates designed for Emma. also, my fav Emmapeelers are the black ones with silver strips and the white dress she wore to that dinner party in you Have Just Been Murdered.

Emma also wore a sparkly thingy- looks like a jumper, in The Masterminds. It showed off her shape- especially from the waist down. I think her co-star liked it too.
